WHAT YOU DO
- As a product designer, you’ll be part of a project team developing worldwide window campaigns for various retail brands
- With your 3D design skills, you will mainly support the project team in how-to realize a window campaign and prepare production papers for our suppliers / production partners
- Our next product designer will work together with project managers and graphic designers in realizing our clients’ wishes
- In some projects, you will be asked to help the project team in the conceptual phase
- A product designer with LIGANOVA is able to explain his / her designs to colleagues, production companies and the client
- Technical planning, including: choosing materials, making technical drawings in Rhino / Vectorworks / SolidWorks, estimating production costs and timings, will be part of your daily tasks
WHO YOU ARE
- Our next product designer has a degree in product design, industrial design or equivalent (e.g. stage design)
- You bring at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in retail or window design
- Proven track record in model making and/or crafts
- Able to grasp new concepts quickly, recipient-appropriate communication, and the ability to motivate yourself to top performance
- As a product designer for our team in Berlin, you bring a passion for fashion, change, innovation, and technological trends
- Able to communicate confidently in English and ideally German
- Expert in at least one of the following CAD software programs: Rhino / Vectorworks / SolidWorks and ideally familiar with Cinema 4D
