New name, new perspectives: As of October, the ndion podcast will be relaunched as the Design Perspectives podcast. Personalities from the fields of design, brand management and architecture reveal in inspiring conversations how they use design to drive change, sustainability and business success.

Why is the podcast being relaunched? The German Design Council is constantly developing itself and its services. The mission statement ‘Moving Business by Design’ underlines its own claim and a clear goal: to strengthen design as a lever for transformation and economic success. Issues such as brand management, innovation and sustainability are consistently addressed from a design perspective. There will also be an even stronger focus on circular design.

This reorientation will also be visible – or rather audible – in the podcast from October 2024. In addition to the new name, the podcast will no longer be published on ndion but on the website of the German Design Council. This will bring it even closer to the publisher and its core topics.

What will remain is the high-calibre guests: renowned interview partners from the fields of design, brand management and architecture. In conversation with four industry experts – hosts Saskia Diehl, Moritz Marder, Martin Pauli and Philipp Thesen – they share their insights into how transformation, sustainability and economic success can go hand in hand within a company. Listeners can expect not only inspiring food for thought, but also practical insights and learnings that can be directly applied to their own work at the intersection of design, brand and sustainability.

How Does Design Set New Standards in the Food Industry?

In the first episode of the Design Perspectives Podcast, host Moritz Marder talks to Piran Asci, ex-CEO and consultant at KoRo, about how design can set new standards in the food industry. A real challenge – in the podcast we find out how KoRo mastered it. From 1 October 2024 on all known platforms!
