On 27 and 28 June, TU Dresden invites you to the “Designing Developing Experiencing” conference at Messe Dresden. The focus is on digital potentials and sustainable innovations in product development.
The potentials of digitalisation and the demands of sustainable change open up new perspectives in product development and design. New approaches, methods, tools, and solutions influence the actions of development teams, cooperation with learning algorithms, the complexity of product-service systems and cyber-physical systems, and systematic sustainability assessments in development processes. To jointly discuss current issues, innovations, and challenges in product development and design, the teams from the Technical University of Dresden’s Chairs of Virtual Product Development and Technical Design invite you to Messe Dresden on 27 and 28 June.
According to the organisers, the conference titled “Designing Developing Experiencing” traditionally uses “the themes of virtual development and human-centred design to connect current research from various scientific fields and relevant case studies from different industries against the backdrop of technological and sustainable change.” Thematic focuses of the extensive programme, which includes lectures, discussion panels, workshops, and a supporting programme, are “Developing and Realising – Complex Product-Service Systems” and “Experiencing and Behaviour in Human-Technology Interaction.”
